Policies and Procedures

Policies are principles, rules, and guidelines formulated for the charity to abide.
Together, policies and procedures ensure that a point of view held by the governing body of a charity is translated into steps that result in an outcome compatible with that view.
The board of directors regularly review and create new policies and procedures such as:

  • Codes of conduct for staff, volunteers and service users
